"Deliver By" Date
Please refer to the product page to view the delivery date for your item. Processing times vary by item and some items may arrive earlier than others. To check the status of a placed order, go to your Order Status to see the delivery date.
Processing Your Order
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. If you place an order on a Holiday, Saturday or Sunday or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
- Processing times vary by item.
- Processing time is additional to the time spent in shipping.
- "Expected by" dates displayed on the product detail page include the item’s processing time in addition to the delivery method selected at the time.
- Orders received by 8am Pacific Standard Time will begin processing the same day
- Orders received after 8am Pacific Standard Time will begin processing the following business day
- Orders placed after 8am Pacific Standard Time on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday
General Shipping Information
- Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, however, your shipping charges will not be affected.
- Please allow up to 1 business day from the shipment notification to track your package, as the shipping carrier may still be processing your information.
- Orders cannot be shipped to international, APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses, freight forwarders or third-party delivery services.
- Submitted orders may not be cancelled; you may return your purchase at one of our store locations or to our online store within 60 days of purchase date.
- All orders are subject to credit and address verification.
- For your protection FedEx may require a customer signature upon delivery.
- Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Sign up for delivery updates on your order through Fedex.com to be informed of potential shipment delays.
- Additional time may be required for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and certain areas of the United States. No orders from outside the United States can be accepted.
