How do I get repair or inspection services completed?
To set up a new inspection or repair service:
- Please call 1-800-DIAMOND (1-800-342-6663) and press 4, to set up inspection or repair services with our Authorized Repair Department. We will provide a fully insured, prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
- All jewelry pieces received will be inspected and cleaned. If repair work is identified during the inspection process and you purchased the Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan or the Watch Protection Plan, eligible repair and maintenance covered by the plan will be completed.
- If work is required and you did not purchase the Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan or Watch Protection Plan, you will be contacted to approve the work prior to completion. No work is completed without your approval.
- In the event of a missing package, rest assured, al jewelry is replaced with a like item, or refunded at the original purchase price.

I am interested in trading in my ring, how do I begin the process?
You may trade in your eligible Littman Jewelers merchandise for its full purchase price (exclusive of tax and shipping) toward the purchase price of a new diamond jewelry item that is at least double the price you paid for your original diamond purchase. Certain exclusions apply. Customers falling under a retired diamond bond with different trade-in criteria must provide documentation. Trade-ins may only be completed at our store locations.
