How does the warranty process work?

If you purchase a Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan (LJCP) or Watch Protection Plan (WPP) online with your item, it will be noted as a purchase in your Order Confirmation email. You will not receive a hard copy of your LJCP or WPP. Please save a copy of your Order Confirmation email to assist with initiating a future service or repair. Your Order Detail page or My Account screen will also reflect proof of warranty of purchase.

Simply take the protected item, along with a copy of your Order Confirmation email to Fred Meyer Jewelers. If there is no store in your area, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-DIAMOND (1-800-342-6643) for instructions on where and how to send the jewelry.

The Watch Protection Plan is valuable coverage that covers far more than a manufacturer's warranty, which typically provides only for movement repairs. This plan gives you true peace of mind as it covers not only mechanical or electrical failure, but also the effects of normal wear and tear.

If your watch can't be repaired, we'll replace it or pay you up to the original purchase price plus sales tax paid.† IT'S THAT SIMPLE!

Who will do the work? One of our authorized repair centers.

What is the length of coverage for this plan? Two years from the date of purchase.

What if my watch can't be repaired? If your watch can't be repaired, we will either replace it or provide you with a gift card or cash settlement in the amount of the current retail cost of a replacement item of type, quality and functionality, not to exceed the original purchase price of the product.†

Do I have any out-of-pocket costs after the purchase of this Plan? No, there are no additional fees.

Is this Plan transferable? Absolutely. This Plan is fully transferable which is great if you are purchasing as a gift.

How do I receive service? Simply bring your piece to the store where you purchased it; or call 1-877-273-8269, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
