Every six months you should take your jewelry to a professional jeweler to have it cleaned and inspected. This will help to ensure your jewelry retains its beauty by having each piece inspected as a whole as well as the individual settings to make sure they are secure.

• Inspecting and repairing the prongs of your mountings to keep your stones securely in place
• Restringing of pearl strands and bracelets

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you. Your package is shipped insured by Fred Meyer Jewelers. We will clean and inspect all pieces of jewelry received. If any repair work is identified during the inspection process, you will be contacted for approval. No work is completed until your approval is received. In the event of a missing package, rest assured, all jewelry is replaced with a like item, or refunded at the original purchase price. If you purchased the Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan, required repair and maintenance covered by the Plan will be completed (including required work for the Jewelry Guarantee). If you purchased the Watch Protection Plan, required maintenance and repair covered by the Plan will be completed.
